Privacy policy
Last updated 13 August 2026
This policy covers hyperworkflow.ai. It explains what we collect when you use this website, why, who else sees it, and how to get it removed. It does not cover data we process inside a client engagement, which is governed by the contract for that engagement.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form on this site. That is:
- Your website address
- Your name
- Your email address
- The business function you selected
- Any notes you chose to add (optional)
The form also contains a hidden field that real people never fill in. If it comes back filled, we treat the submission as automated and discard it. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.
What we do not collect
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or session-recording tools on this site. We do not build profiles, and we do not sell or rent anyone's information. We do not use tracking cookies, so there is no consent banner to click through.
Storage on your device
If you change the light or dark setting, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the key hw-theme. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to work out whether a sprint fits your situation, and to keep a record of the conversation. That is the whole purpose. We do not add you to a marketing sequence, and we do not email you about anything other than the enquiry you started.
Who else sees it
Three service providers handle data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and processes the request logs that come with serving any page.
- Resend delivers the two emails a submission triggers: your confirmation, and our internal notification.
- Lorem Picsum serves the photographs on the home page. Loading them means your browser makes a request to picsum.photos, which will see your IP address, as it would with any third-party image.
We do not share your information with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails stay in our mailbox while the conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we have context if you come back to us. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will action it within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
